We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, our refund and return policy is tailored to suit the unique needs of each item.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition: The wand must be in the same condition as when it was received, with no signs of use or damage.
  • Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of our personalized wands (such as those with names or special messages), we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. Please double-check customization details before placing your order to avoid any mistakes.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized wands
  • Items damaged through misuse or alterations not caused by our team
  • Sale or clearance items

Partial Refunds

  • Items with signs of use
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or have missing parts
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
